Jim Veilleux, Founder

Jim is the Founder and Former President of VirtualLogger and its predecessor, VoiceLog, which he started in 1996. In its first 10 years, VoiceLog quickly grew to dominate the automated Third Party Verification and was named to the INC 500 two years in a row. Since 2004, Jim has led the company back to its initial concept – providing call recording, monitoring and quality management on an “on demand” basis. In 2006, the Third Party Verification business was sold enabling investors to realize a 520% return on investment.

Jim is a long-time veteran of the telecommunications industry, with positions at MCI, Sprint, Skytel and others. In addition, he’s worked at Claritas – a provider of demographic databases, and Doubleday, the publishing house. Jim has an MBA from Pace University and a BA in Speech and Theater from Bates College.

Debendra Modi (Dave, Debu), President, CEO & CTO

Debu is President, CEO and CTO of VirtualLogger. He has a Masters from Drexel University, Philadelphia and over 30 years experience developing and deploying telephony systems - while interacting with multi-disciplinary teams.

Debu also leads a great innovating development team.

Sky Collins, VP Operations

Sky leads all operations and sales efforts at VL. She brings with her over 15 years experience in the call center call recording industry.
